HOW FAST IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Typically we'll print your item on order and dispatch within 5-10 business days, but this can be longer if embroidery (5-15 working days or club page item), during busy times, bank holidays or unforseen circumstances. We always work as fast as possible to despatch your orders.
UK Shipping is Free on orders over £75.00 Orders below £75 Shipping is charged at £6.95 for standard 24 hour Royal Mail delivery.
XERO WASTE
We print each garment to order as part of our zero-waste policy. We encourage our customers to please check our sizing and measurements guides carefully to make sure that they order the correct size first time around.
Our team will also be on hand to give sizing advice if still unsure before placing an order call 0115 667 2000.

Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on the next working day.

WEEKEND DELIVERY
Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee deliveries at weekends. All production and shipping times listed on our website are based on Monday - Friday business days. Occasionally some of our couriers will deliver on a weekend, but is not guaranteed.
CONDITIONS/DAMAGED GOODS
Always check your parcel and all items when received, and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quick as possible.
Please notify us about any damage, loss or delay within 10 days after delivery of the shipment. If you fail to do so, we will not be liable to process your request.
